Report abuse, scams, fake paid trips, unauthorized invites, or privacy concerns related to circles and trips. In the app, you can report a member from their profile: open them from the trip or circle member list, then tap Report member. To report a message, photo, document, recommendation, plan or circle, email us a screenshot and say which trip or circle it is in. If someone has shared an intimate image of you or is impersonating you, use the urgent button: we act on these within 2 hours. Paid a trip organizer and think it was a fraud? Tell us, and report it at cybercrime.gov.in or call 1930.

Our Grievance Officer is Arvind Sachdeva. Email support@mytravelcircle.com with “Grievance” in the subject. Send complaints about content on MyTravelCircle, another user, your account, or how we handle your data; you do not need an account. We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 7 days. Content that shows someone nude or in a sexual act, or impersonates them, is removed within 2 hours of a complaint. If you are not satisfied, you can appeal to the Grievance Appellate Committee at gac.gov.in within 30 days. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
