The group chat becomes Trip chat
A group chat that knows it’s a trip.
Every trip, and every circle, has its own chat, one tap from the plan and the expenses. Settle “which beach?” with a poll, react to the best idea, and drop a pin so everyone can find you.
- Polls: everyone votes, everyone sees the result.
- Quick reactions, read counts, and edit or delete your own messages.
- Share your location once, as a pin. Never tracking.
- The trip’s activity feed shows what changed: new photos, expenses and plans.

03 · Plan
The itinerary doc becomes Shared plan
A day-by-day plan everyone can see.
Build it stop by stop, or tell the planner your pace, budget and who’s coming (kids and grandparents included) and get a first draft in minutes. Nothing is added to your trip until you’ve reviewed it.
- Vegetarian or Jain food, no long drives, a late start: say it once.
- It explains each pick, flags what’s worth knowing, and lists what it left out on purpose.
Then make it yours.
- Everyone on the trip can add and move stops.
- Refine one day: “Make it more relaxed”, “Add a local food stop”, “More for kids”.
- Lock the stops you love so AI changes never touch them, and undo the last AI change.
- Rest days, a shared packing checklist, and a PDF for anyone not on the app.

The split app becomes Expenses
Split it fairly. Settle it simply.
Anyone on the trip can add an expense the moment it happens. Split it equally, by exact amounts, by percentage or by shares, or adjust one person’s part. Paid in baht? Log it in baht and set the exchange rate right on the form; the app converts it to the trip currency.
- Several people paid? Add each payer and their amount.
- Receipt photos and comments on every expense, plus a full activity log.
See who owes whom. Then settle.
MyTravelCircle works out the fewest payments that clear everyone, or shows exactly who owes whom. Paid back on UPI or in cash? Mark it settled, even part of it.
MyTravelCircle keeps the record. No money moves through the app.

Every photo, sorted by day.
Everyone adds their photos and videos to one trip album. Each upload is filed under a trip day, suggested from when the photos were taken. No more “send pics!!” three weeks later.
- Add up to 20 at a time from your photo library, or shoot straight from the camera.
- Browse by day, or just yours, the videos, or the favourites.
- Save any photo to your phone in a tap.
Then make a collage worth posting.
Pick 2 to 9 favourites, choose one of 13 styles in square, portrait or story size, and add the trip name and dates. It’s made on your phone, with a caption and hashtags ready to copy.
